Travel & Accommodation Packages are optional but must be booked along with the race registration. 

Liability Waiver form must be attested by a close relative or another runner participating in the race.  If you register without uploading a completely filled first page of liability waiver form in the correct format and with clearly visible signatures and without the entire text of the document, your registration will be cancelled, and entry fees refunded after deducting administrative charges.

Upon successful confirmation of payment, an E-mail will be sent from vagamonultrail@solesofcochin.org .  Please scout your junk or spam folder, if you have not received the confirmation in your inbox.  No SMS will be sent. There is also no confirmation E-mail post verification of qualification criteria. Qualification criteria is deemed accepted, if the criteria is met. 

If you don't already meet the qualification criteria and you still register without an agreement from the Organising team, we will cancel your registration and the registration fees will not be refunded. The same applies if a strava or link to a gpx data is shared as the qualification criteria or if the URL that you share doesn't open directly to your results.

Total slots available are 180 each for 36K & 75K and 120 for 10K Trail Walk.  This is 20% more than our capacity which we think is the pie of people who will cancel their slots.  So, once these 480 slots are filled, we will be closing the registrations and will not reopen again against the cancelled slots, as those potential cancelled slots are already factored into the total count.  

Please use UPI to make the payment, as this will help to keep our costs lower.

Registrations for 2025 will open on 15th Jun 2024, however registrations for 10K Trail Walk will start on 15th October 2024
